New neighbor
An opera singer moved in next door and our dividing wall is thin. Subsequently, my life has become unbearably dramatic. The Wackness Coming-of-age tale set in New York City, 1994. Teenage pot dealer trades dime-bags to a psychologist for weekly therapy session. Stars Ben Kingsley, who alone makes it worth watching. Baghead It’s a new twist on the campfire story that starts ‘So, there were four people in a cabin out in the woods…’ made by the Duplass brothers, who also made Puffy Chair in...

My favorite album of 2008. It’s also available on iTunes if you want to preview the tracks or buy it there for whatever reason. Trivia: I designed the ‘shopping cart’ in collaboration with Patrick Moberg.

“MySpace, with its cluttered layout, can suggest an online incarnation of the broken-windows theory—surface disorder begetting actual chaos.” (from this week’s New Yorker)  Oh Gladwell, you keep popping up everywhere like a state fair whack-a-mole. Some figures I heard in India
2 million Indians have broadband access at home 46 million access the internet via their mobile phone 9 million new mobile subscribers monthly There are only 55 public WiFi hotspots in all of India* This made me think the onset of India’s massive internet adoption will resemble nothing like America’s initally. Every home won’t have a Dell desktop, DSL connection, and World of...
